Even if you don't have a "Professional" email signature, there are still a couple of basic things you can include in your signature to make it easier for others to contact you (and it looks better)
1. Name (Sometimes your given name is different from your email)
2. Title (what you teach or coach)
3. Phone # (school and/or extension)
4. Website (or other social media links)
You should include a signature on any and all devices that you send emails from- computer, iPad, phone, etc. You can even setup a signature on Outlook Web Access.
