Need to Borrow a Charger or Adapter for a One Day Check-out

Page history last edited by Jeff Cockrum 9 years, 1 month ago

We are thankful that we now have some equipment (Thank you, Mr. Arendse!!) available for one day checkout in the library.  These items will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please adhere to the following procedures or we will be unable to accommodate you-

1. You must sign-out the equipment (write what it is and the barcode in the notebook) in the AV Room.  Someone on the IMS Team can help you with this as well as get the equipment you need.

2. You must return the equipment at the end of the school day before 3 pm.  The equipment may not be taken home.

3. You must sign the equipment back in on the notebook.  Someone on the IMS Team can help you with this.

If your equipment is damaged or lost, you should place a work order before coming to see us to check out one these items (with the exception of the iPad adapter).  In the event that you are without your district issued equipment for an extended period of time, you will need to go through this process each day.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The following items (with how many we have) are now available in the library for a one day checkout-

1. iPad adapters (4) to connect to your projector and display your iPad screen.

2. iPad chargers (2) in the event yours is damaged, lost, or forgotten.

3. Mac laptop adapters (2) in the event yours is damaged, lost, or forgotten.

4. Mac laptop chargers (2) in the event yours is damaged, lost, or forgotten.

5. Dell laptop adapters (2) in the event yours is damaged, lost, or forgotten.

6. Dell laptop chargers (2) in the event yours is damaged, lost, or forgotten.

Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

Thanks,

Your IMS Team
